Neural Gear – Gerasis.net

ITBIZ developed a complete B2B e-commerce platform for Gerasis.net (Neural Gear), specializing in IT peripherals, hardware, gaming, audio/video, and networking products.

Key features include:

• Customer migration from the old site to the new one.

• Personalized menu based on the customer category of the logged-in user.

• Connection with Web Service (WS) to display the customer profile within their account.

• Custom implementation to display the assigned sales representative for each customer.

• Custom implementation for displaying product warranty information.

• Special pricing per customer category (pricing policy).

• Custom RMA return form with the ability to input multiple products and print, so it can be sent along with the returned items.

• Creation of personalized XML files for clients, based on their preferences:

  • input of price markup percentage by category,

  • selection of categories and manufacturers to receive product data,

  • display of a custom field for Suggested Retail Price (SRP).

• Display of a special field for Suggested Retail Price (SRP).

• Special configurations for discounts/charges based on customer shipping/payment preferences (e.g., different cash-on-delivery fees, discounts for bank transfer payments).

• Product filtering based on attributes.

• Graphic display of product availability.

• Custom implementation enabling pre-orders for specific products selected by administrators.

The project was completed following best practices and included full integration with the company’s ERP system.
